For new wholesale customers, please email or mail a copy of your Resale Tax I.D. certificate.

To avoid conflicts with our existing accounts, please provide the address of your store.

Terms: All opening wholesale orders are shipped prepay. We will extend terms on reorders for U.S. accounts upon approval of credit references.

All orders are handmade and are generally completed within 4 to 8 weeks.
